Rifle:   The rifle team consists of 5 shooters that compete in a JROTC sponsored event. The rifle matches are coordinated school against school. The rifle league consists of six matches. The top four teams with winning records then shoot off against each other to determine first, second, and third place.

Pistol:  Pistol Rifle consists of 5 shooters that compete in an ops match.  Every week their scores are added up and after the sixth week, the school with the most points accumulated then is awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.


Biathlon: The biathlon consists of 5 cadets that shoot and run for a competition. Each cadet is required to run a certain distance and upon returning from running, shoot five shots from the prone position and then returns back to the track to run again and return and fires from the standing position. The cadet returns back to the track and runs again and returns back to the firing range to fire the final position from the prone position. Each shot that is missed, thirty seconds is added to their time. The team with the lowest time is declared the winner. Biathlon awards the top three places during this competition.
